Job objective(s)
1. Ensure significant increase in market share within own region
2. Drive performance of the unit – liability generation and quality risk asset creation
3. Risk asset appraisal, disbursement and monitoring
4. Ensure effective relationship building and management with new and existing customers
5. Optimally exploit new and existing opportunities in the market
6. Drive the reactivation of all inactive/dormant accounts in the branch
7. Plan and implement marketing strategies to boost profit
8. Supervise and coordinate the activities of account officers
9. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Business Manager
Skills required
1. Ability to evaluate needs of customers and determine what products or services would best serve those needs
2. Good interpersonal skills
3. Excellent Communications skills(written and oral)
4. Marketing and Selling skills
5. Leadership and negotiation skills
6. Good Relationship management skills
7. Confident and must possess excellent networking skills
Minimum Education Qualifications
1. Minimum Educational level- First degree in any discipline
2. Minimum experience- 3 – 4 years cognate experience, 3 of which must have been in a marketing arm of a branch
